Two cookbooks featuring Teochew Cuisine were written and launched by Chef Eric Low in September 2015. We just got the news that both books have clinched awards for the Gourmand Cookbook Awards in 2016. The two books are :

Both cookbooks will go onwards to compete in the Gourmand International Cookbook Awards Global Finals awards category on 28th May 2016 in Yantai,Shandong, China.
The Little Teochew Cookbook was simultaneously launched together with the Teochew Heritage Cuisine Cookbook in Sept 2015. While THC focused on Teochew restaurant and home cooked dishes, The Little Teochew Cookbook captured the forgotten Teochew hawker and festive favourites from the streets of Singapore and Chaoshan in China. Together both books captured the culinary essence and excellence of the Teochew people in China and Singapore.
With the win for 2016, Chef Eric has total 3 cookbooks listed in the Gourmand Cookbook Awards Winners Listing with last year’s Ä Blissful Reunion” snagging the “Best Leisure Cookbook ” Award for National Category and 1st Runner’s Up in the Best Leisure Cookbook (International Category)
