Body SOS Season 4 , a Mediacorp CH8 production depicting on lifestyle health issues and nutrition topics with a team of artistes, specialist and chef hosted by Mark Lee and Lee Teng. This season, I am happy to have partnered with Dr Ang Yong Guan, a well known consultant psychiatrist with regards to brain matters. Together with a nutritional expert, we share with the audience on ingredients that promote psychiatric and mental well being.
