A successful collaboration with Orange Clove Catering for Xmas 2017 featuring Chef Eric Low’s signature recipes on different tiers of their Xmas Menus. Orange Clove is the subsidy of one of Singapore’s biggest catering group of companies, Neo Group. The company has an annual turnover of SGD25million and operates two central kitchens in Boon Lay and Kaki Bukit. Together with the head chefs of both kitchens, Chef Eric Low designs the different tiers of menus for their festive season promotions and oversees the training and execution of the recipes during the Xmas Campaign.
