An accomplished award winning cookbook author, professional and celebrity chef, Chef Eric Low is the founder of Lush Epicurean, a Singapore based culinary arts and food science based consultancy. An alumnus of SHATEC and CIA(US), Chef Eric’s 28 years of experience spans from various HORECA channels in Singapore and superyachts based in Europe, to R&D Chef in product design. This career has taken him to experience work in 25 countries and living in 43 communities giving him vast global exposure what is beyond Singapore. Complimenting his illustrious career includes winning competition medals and awards of recognition in events like Food Hotel Asia and World Gourmet Summit. Certified as a WACS Judge in 2010 and has since judged in WACS endorsed competitions in South East Asia, India and the Middle East. Three of his six written cookbooks have made it to the Gourmand International Cookbook Global and National Awards Winners listing for 2015 and 2016. Well recognised in the industry and various media channels with the ability to articulate very well in presentations and cooking demos, Chef Eric is a well sought after speaker and presenter for many FMCG food products and appliance brands and panellist for food topics related seminars and career prep talks. Since 2003, Chef Eric has conducted more than 2000 cooking demos, team building and hands-on workshops for both corporate and grassroots events. In broadcasted media, Chef Eric has been featured on Channel News Asia, BBC Asia, Okto, Toggle TV, Mediacorp Channel 8 variety shows and current affairs programs since 2012.
